This unique exhibit organized by Kasia Chojan-Cymerman, Psy.D., LP, and Thrace Soryn, MA, showcases the creative work of artists who practice in the field of mental health. It includes painting, pottery, photography, jewelry, modern tapestry, and – on February 22 and on March 15th – live music performances.
See and celebrate the beauty and healing power of the creative arts at work in countering the impact of current social, political, and environmental crises on individual and collective mental health and well-being.
This opening reception will feature Minneapolis-based psychologist, musician and artist Mindy Benowitz, PhD, LP, in a live music set inspired by her multi-media project Watering the Heart Root.
Additional showings are Saturdays, 11 am – 5 pm, March 1, 8, 15 and 22.
Echo Trail will perform on March 15.
