The Penguin Project of Northern Starz Theater of Ramsey will perform the classic American musical “Guys and Dolls” (Junior version) with performers with and without disabilities. Northern Starz is the only Minnesota theatre currently using the Penguin Project’s nationally-recognized techniques. Attendees can also take in a 2:00 workshop about the project at Brooklyn Park Library.
