About the Show
June 20-28, 2026
Director: Drew Smith; Music Director: Madeline Huss; Choreographer: Jennifer Haider
When city teenager Ren McCormack moves to a small town where dancing and rock music are banned, he challenges the community’s strict rules and inspires a movement that brings hope, healing and joy back to the town. Based on the hit 80’s movie featuring hit songs like “Let’s Hear it for the Boy” and “Holding Out for a Hero,” this production is all about big dreams and even bigger vocals and dance moves!
Guaranteed to have your feet tapping and your face smiling, you don’t want to miss this show!
