About the Show

The 2024 DisabiliTease Festival, held July 19-21, is a multi-day festival that showcases
disabled burlesque, drag, cirque, and cabaret performers.
Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the DisabiliTease Festival highlights performers
not only from the Twin Cities but across the United States and around the globe.
This festival aims to challenge and overturn the notion that individuals with disabilities
are less desirable, alluring, or competent as performers. It strives to provide a safe and
inclusive environment for disabled performers to express themselves and receive the
recognition and validation they deserve.
The Friday show is their first-ever in-person show. It will also be live-streamed for folks who are unable to attend the in-person show.
