About the Show
November 21, 2026
This monthly series provides a welcoming and accessible environment for individuals, families, and children who have sensory sensitivities. Experience the Minnesota Journeys gallery, temporary exhibits, the Touch & See Lab, and a brief planetarium show at 8:45 am — all with lowered lighting, quieter sounds, and fewer visitors.
Any member of the public who can benefit from this environment is welcome to attend this in-person event, which is included in the cost of regular admission.
Visitors are welcome to check out additional resources like the quiet spaces, visual timers, weighted lap pads, and hearing protection if it helps make the visit more enjoyable. Read more about the museum’s other accessibility resources at this link: www.bellmuseum.umn.edu/access.
