$25 adult; $20 senior/UMD Faculty/Staff/Veteran; $15 student/child; $10 UMD student ($10 advance tickets OR FREE rush tickets the night of the performance with a valid UMD student ID). Dreams and relationships are rekindled against the backdrop of the Northwoods in “The Spitfire Grill,” James Valqc and James Alley’s musical adaptation of the hit 1996 film. Following Percy — a woman with a shadowy past who shows up at Gilead, Wisconsin’s lone diner looking for a job — the show’s folk-inflected songs weave a heartwarming and inspirational tale of redemption, perseverance, and family.
